We know that the article is going to be about as the image is of a recording station and two famous singers, so we instantly know it's going to be about the music they have produced.
The tone of the magazine seems to be quite encouraging as it seems as thought they want young teenagers to buy the magazine and know more about the singers so they become more popular in society. This double page spread also uses standard English and it's for young teenagers who are still in study so if they didn't use standard English then it would effect them in a negative way.
